Delivery Policy

How pickup windows, order status, handover verification, delivery attempts, and launch-area coverage should be communicated.

Section 01

Pickup windows

Customers should select an available pickup slot during booking. Slot availability depends on area, partner capacity, delivery support, and operational readiness.

Section 02

Handover verification

  • Customers should confirm garment count and special instructions at pickup.
  • OTP or another verification method may be used at pickup and delivery where supported.
  • Partners or delivery support may note visible garment condition before processing.

Section 03

Order status updates

LNDRY should show order stages such as pickup scheduled, picked up, processing, ready, out for delivery, and completed. Continuous live rider tracking should only be shown if technically supported.

Section 04

Delivery attempts

If a customer is unavailable, LNDRY or the assigned partner may attempt to contact the customer and reschedule delivery based on operational feasibility.

Section 05

Service areas

LNDRY is preparing launch coverage for selected Pune areas. Service availability must be confirmed before accepting live orders.
